New versatile test rig

The MPA Dresden GmbH has a new test rig. This test rig offers a multiplicity of testing possibilities:

Measurement of smoke density of cables burning under defined conditions (DIN EN 50268; IEC 61034 part 2)
Tests for electric cables under fire conditions - Circuit integrity (IEC 60331 part 21)
Furniture - Assessment of the ignitability of upholstered furniture according to DIN EN 1021
Test with a pad of paper on seats of railway vehicles according to E DIN 5510 part 2
Furniture - Assessment of the ignitability of mattressess and upholstered bed bases according to DIN EN 597 part 1 and 2
