GS-Zeichen Löschsprays - GS mark fire extinguishing sprays

GS-Zertifikate werden von GS-Stellen zuerkannt, die dazu die Befugnis von der Zentralstelle der Länder für Sicherheitstechnik (ZLS) erhalten haben. Das GS-Zeichen ist ein freiwilliges Zeichen. Rechtsgrundlage bilden die §§ 20 und 21 des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes (ProdSG).

Die GS-Zertifizierung beinhaltet eine Baumusterprüfung, die Prüfung des Baumusters in Bezug auf die Erfüllung der Anforderungen des ProdSG hinsichtlich der Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Gesundheit, die regelmäßige Überwachung der Herstellung des Produkts und die rechtmäßigen Verwendung des GS-Zeichen. Nach Abschluss der GS-Zertifizierung hat der Hersteller das Recht erworben, sein Produkt mit dem GS-Zeichen zu kennzeichnen.

GS certificates are awarded by GS bodies authorised to do so by the Central Office of the German Federal States for Safety Technology (ZLS). The GS mark is a voluntary mark. The legal basis for this is provided by Sections 20 and 21 of the Product Safety Act (ProdSG).

GS certification involves a type examination, the assessment of the type in relation to compliance with the requirements of the ProdSG regarding the safeguarding of health and safety, regular monitoring of the product’s manufacture, and the lawful use of the GS mark. Upon completion of GS certification, the manufacturer has acquired the right to mark its product with the GS mark.
